Dr. Dilnoza Khasilova has always believed that the most meaningful learning happens when people connect across cultures. That belief has shaped every step of her journey—from being an international exchange student herself to becoming a leader in global education, designing experiences that bring students, educators, scholars, and communities together across borders.

     Throughout her career, she has led international partnerships, directed educational exchange programs, and built initiatives that expand access to global learning. She served as Co-Director of the Fulbright-Hays Group Projects Abroad program to Costa Rica, taught graduate courses in qualitative research as an adjunct instructor, and mentored both graduate and undergraduate students as an ombudsperson. She has also designed and facilitated workshops, webinars, and writing-for-publication retreats, empowering educators and researchers to strengthen their scholarship, share their voices, and grow professionally.

    Through Another World Education, she is committed to create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that guide and cultivate authentic cross-cultural relationships, and professional and academic growth and remind us that every connection has the potential to change the way we see the world—and one another.
